There is no subscription cost and fees are per annum, starting the month that you become a member.

Membership fees are valid for a 12 month period from date of joining, not the calendar year.
Estado de México, Puebla, Querétaro, Morelos and Hidalgo are considered to be part of "México City" area. For "Overseas" members paying in foreign currency, please remember that fluctuations in exchange rates can affect your fee.
