All memberships for the year 2022 will be invoiced with the following period: 1st of January 2022 to 31st of December 2022. This mode of billing will allow the Chamber to better plan financially, which will ensure the best possible service we can provide to each of our members throughout the year.
Your invoice for 2022 will take into account and deduct the portion prepaid in 2021 (please click here to see how much will be charged per month of renewal). Companies renewing in August until December 2021 will be charged only for the months of 2021 inside their renewal month and will receive a separate invoice for the 2022 period.
Businesses that pay their 2022 membership by the 15th of December 2021 will receive a 3% discount; if they pay after the 31st of January 2022 the Chamber reserves the right to suspend services for those members on a temporary basis.
All memberships are expected to be invoiced by the 15th of December. All invoices will be issued as of the 1st of December, unless you wish to receive your invoice in advance; just request it from email@example.com
We would appreciate all payments to be made by bank transfer, deposit or if you choose another form of payment, we will continue to offer various options and invite you to visit this link for more information.
We understand that all of the above is a transition for our members, so we will be sending out periodic reminders of the above changes. The BritChaM team will start contacting our members’ finance departments from September this year in order to give our members more time to take advantage of the preferential rates for their membership renewal before the 15th of December 2021. Thank you in advance for your understanding and if you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact us.
